An example is shown below. It is a Pareto Analysis of Supplier Purchases shown as a Tree Map. The company's largest suppliers are clearly displayed, and the Card visuals at the top reveal that 17.4% of the company's suppliers provide 80% of the products purchased. Thus, the company is not too dependant on too few suppliers, and has a clear picture on which suppliers should be closely monitored in terms of delivery performance, quality control, pricing, etc.
