You can access the Dashboards and Reports that we have created and published to this website from the links at the bottom of this page.
The Gauge on the right shows the DIFOT ratio for both Divisions in 2024, which is calculated as the actual percentage of sales order lines delivered in full and on time to total sales order lines delivered or due for delivery. The actual percentage is 68.3% and the target is 90.0%, so the KPI Score out of 10 is 68.3 divided by 90.0, which when expressed out of 10 is 7.5.
The Column and Line Chart shows the DIFOT Ratio by Customer Group. You can drill down from each Customer Group, especially those performing well below target, to see which customers are suffering from poor delivery of their sales orders.
Thus, the chart serves to provide insights into the company's Customer Service Levels down to the customer level. The lower the DIFOT Ratio, the more costly it is to satisfy sales orders by having to order stock in for backorders, and the more likely it is that customers will cancel their orders and look elsewhere.
